Vegan
These tasty treats were a new challenge... they were vegan! I have to admit I was nervous that they would turn out terrible. I thought how can a cupcake bake up moist and delicious without eggs, butter or milk, but they turned out fantastic! They had a moist, tender crumb and tasted delicious.

These look delicious!!! Is there any way you can figure out calorie/fat count for your products?? Just a question :)
